DANIEVO was born as an evolution of DANIFLOW where, thanks to the addition and implementation of some technical and technological solutions, the already excellent performances obtained by the previous version have been improved, always guaranteeing optimal dyeing results with a further reduction of consumptions and process time.
DANIEVO is developed and manufactured by Danitech and maintains the characteristics of versatility and operational simplicity by increasing the technological content that minimizes the manual intervention of the operators.
It is available in different load capacity with chambers of 200 Kg, 250 Kg, 300 Kg and 400 Kg in the version for knits, woven, terry and upholstery fabrics.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
IWS - INTELLIGENT WASHING SYSTEM
The IWS system is a set of innovative technological and hydraulic solutions that allow DANIEVO, through a precise control of the washing phases, an optimal result maintaining extremely low water consumption.
SEE-DO SYSTEM
SEE-DO is a system designed and developed by Danitech for the automatic management of the dyeing and washing phases. It is composed of:
CAP – Colour Analysis Probe: reading probe of the dye in the bath.
PHAP – pH Analysis Probe: pH control probe.
SCP – Salt Concentration Probe: electrolyte control probe.
The SEE-DO together with the IWS ensures very high reproducibility of dyeing processes, reducing process time and consumptions.
MFT – MULTI FUNCIONAL TANK AND CHEMICALS TANK
DANIEVO is supplied, in the standard configuration, with a chemicals tank and the Multi Functional Tank. Both can be used for products introduction or bath recirculation with the machine. MFT also can be used for dyeing and washing preparation or as a buffer during the IWS washing function.
BATH DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
The bath distribution system (patent pending) guarantees the same flow rate to each nozzle of the machine. A special diffuser is inserted inside the manifold and allows a perfect division of the flow rates in proportion to the number of nozzles of the machine.
MAIN CIRCULATION PUMP
The in-line pump with elastic transmission joint allows grater mechanical stability, therefore a longer life of the bearings and the mechanical seal. Moreover, thanks to the presence of the elastic coupling, the maintenance of the pump itself is extremely simplified.
VARIABLE FLOW NOZZLE
The variable section nozzle guarantees the possibility of working without any problem a wide range of fabrics, this, together the internal folding system and the shape of the internal basket, makes DANIEVO an extremely versatile and easy to use machine.
INTERNAL WASHING SYSTEM
In order to guarantee a better cleanse, in the DANIEVO, the internal washing system has been implemented increasing the number of the washing spray and modifying the management to avoid the stop of the water split.
UNLOADING REEL
The new design of the unloading reel allows the separation of the fabrics loaded in double rope, during the unloading operation.
SINGLE SUPPORT REEL WITH DOUBLE SEAL
DANIEVO is supplied with a single support reel with double mechanical seal which, thanks to the automatic flushing system, guarantees a longer life of the comnponents such as bearing and mechanical seals.
QUICK REEL RUBBERS REPLACEMENT SYSTEM
A system has been created for the reel rubber replacement to facilitate the operation and reduce the maintenance time.
FILTER
DANIEVO can be provided with manual cartridge filter or with automatic cleaning filter (FAP).
EXTENDED COUPLING SYSTEM (ECS2 – ECS3)
ECS is an innovative machine coupling system that offers, in addition to the classic combination of two or three machines of the same capacity, the possibility to combine machines with different capacities. The ECS system increases considerably the production versatility of the machines and consequently optimizes the consumptions.
