DYB-V is an innovative yarn dyeing machine with applied technical solutions studied to guarantee high quality and an important reduction of consumptions and process times, since, thanks to a specifically designed pump free from cavitation even with very low air cushion pressurization values, there is an optimization of the "contacts per minute" concept.
Moreover the double pump allows to have a perfect homogenization of the bath inside the machine itself avoiding stratifications.
In the DYB-V, thanks to the MFT system, a consistent reduction in process time is obtained with an innovative and "smart" way of using the tanks.
The entire hydraulic circuit is free of bottlenecks and the liquor flow reversal system is extremely efficient and maintenance-free.

The DYB-V use the airpad system, with the ability to implement variable loading at a constant liquor ratio. The reduced liquor ratio results in lower steam and water consumption and energy saving. The dyeing environment is closed, easy to control, not requiring external expansion tanks.
SQUEEZING HYDROEXTRACTION DEVICE
The combined action of an automatic butterfly valve and a specific discharge by means of an automatic valve enables to use pressurized air inside the empty machine - after dyeing liquor discharge - to create a squeezing effect from outside to inside the bobbins, bumps of tops and warp beams. The system enables rapid hydro extraction functionality with removal of a substantial amount of water from the yarn, avoiding dripping during transport of carriers after dyeing.
IWS – INTELLIGENT WASHING SYSTEM
The IWS system is a set of innovative technological and hydraulic solutions that allow DYB-V, through a precise control of the washing phases, an optimal result maintaining extremely low water consumption.
SEE-DO is a system designed and developed by Danitech for the automatic managemnt of the dyeing and washing phases. It is composed of:
CAP – Colour Analysis Probe: reading probe of the dye in the bath.
PHAP – pH Analysis Probe: pH control probe.
SCP – Salt Concentration Probe: electrolyte control probe.
The SEE-DO together with the IWS ensures very high reproducibility of dyeing processes, reducing process time and consumptions.
MFT – MULTI FUNCIONAL TANK AND CHEMICALS TANK
DYB-V is supplied, in the standard configuration, with a chemical tank and the Multi Functional Tank. Both can be used for products introduction or bath recirculation with the machine. MFT also can be used for dyeing and washing preparation or as a buffer during the IWS washing function.
LIQUOR MIXING SYSTEM
The mixing of the bath contained in the machine is one of the priority aspects for obtaining a rapid and uniform dyeing; DYB-V has a mixing system which, with the usage of an auxiliary circulation pump, guarantees, during the introduction phases, a quick dilution of the introduced products.
AUTOMATIC HIGH-TEMPERATURE LIQUOR DRAIN SYSTEM
This device allows to discharge the liquor, inside the dyeing machine, at temperatures higher than 100°C, without the need of cooling to atmospheric conditions. The system is particularly used for rapid dyeing of polyester, to avoid the formation of oligomers. The discharge valve is controlled by a temperature probe and thermostat, avoiding hazardous conditions.
MAIN CIRCULATION PUMP
The in-line pump with elastic transmission joint allows grater mechanical stability, therefore a longer life of the bearings and the mechanical seal. Moreover, thanks to the presence of the elastic coupling, the maintenance of the pump itself is extremely simplified.
